HOW I COUNT — “Active” means a development that has not yet completed: its completion date is this year or later and it is not marked complete. Sold-out projects still count until they complete. Right now I track 481 developments across 14 Metro Vancouver cities, of which 208 are active. These figures are read live from my own project database each time this page loads — the project data was last updated 26 September 2026.

These are the presale listings I track across Metro Vancouver: every condo and townhome development that has launched or is taking registrations and has not yet completed. Each card opens my own page for that project, with blended price per square foot where I have it, unit sizes, deposit structure, developer and expected completion.
